The Worcester Housing Authority is pleased to announce the launch of a New Landlord Portal, a user-friendly online tool designed to streamline communication and facilitate access to important information related to your Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) participants/properties without the need for physical visits or phone calls to the housing authority.

Rent Increases - Fair Market Rents (FMRs) - Did you know that HUD publishes what they determine is an average fair market rent each year by bedroom size? They publish GROSS FMRs. This means that the FMR is consider to have ALL utilities included. Please take that into consideration when you are asking for a fair market rent increase.
